Logan Merrick, Co-founder, Wilbound
After spending tens of thousands on recruiters and still struggling to build a reliable team for his eCommerce brand, Logan took a different path.
Over 8 years, he developed an internal headhunting function inside his company. The results were game-changing: he found world-class talent, scaled his brand efficiently, and cut back to working just 5-10 hours a week without sacrificing growth.
In 2023, a friend who’d just acquired a brand asked for help building his team. Logan stepped in and helped him hire a General Manager, Media Buyer, Graphic Designer, and Copywriter.
The friend was blown away. He referred more founders.
And within a few short months, Wilbound was born.

Melani is a recruitment and systems expert with experience building teams for large-scale international events. Before Wilbound, she recruited over 400 people and developed the internal systems and communication structures that kept everything running smoothly.
In 2024, Logan sold his eCommerce brand. Soon after, he and Melani co-founded Wilbound, a boutique headhunting firm that helps 7-9 figure eCommerce brands recruit hard-to-reach, top 1% talent from the Philippines to scale with confidence.
